Branded plus size workwear combines workplace safety compliance, professional appearance, and inclusive sizing — an increasingly important requirement as workforces diversify and PPE regulations tighten. HI-WORLD manufactures plus size workwear on dedicated pattern blocks for sizes XL through 5XL, covering hi-vis safety vests, FR coveralls, waterproof jackets, work trousers, polo shirts, and fleece layers. Each garment is developed with adjustments to shoulder width, armhole depth, torso length, and leg opening dimensions to ensure proper fit without compromising safety certification. Branding is applied through silicone heat transfer, embroidery, or screen printing on the finished garment, with post-decoration testing to verify reflective tape and fabric performance. Our Beijing factory operates 10 production lines with an annual capacity exceeding 500,000 garments, enabling us to produce extended-size runs alongside standard sizes within the same order. Sampling requires 5 to 7 working days, and bulk production typically completes within 20 to 30 days.
