Outsize workwear from HI-WORLD provides certified safety garments for workers requiring sizes beyond the standard plus size range, addressing a persistent gap in the PPE and workwear industry. Our outsize range is developed on dedicated pattern blocks that independently adjust shoulder width, armhole depth, torso length, sleeve circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, and leg dimensions for each size grade. Product categories include hi-vis safety vests in Class 2 and Class 3 configurations, FR-rated coveralls and work shirts, waterproof and insulated jackets, work trousers with reinforced construction, polo shirts, and fleece layers. All garments are certifiable to applicable ANSI/ISEA 107, EN ISO 20471, and ASTM F1506 standards. Reflective tape coverage is recalculated for outsize garments to maintain the required ratio of reflective material to background fabric. Our Beijing factory operates 10 production lines with an annual capacity exceeding 500,000 garments, and outsize runs are produced with the same quality control protocols as all other size grades. Sampling requires 7 to 10 working days, and bulk production typically ships within 25 to 35 days.
