All garments are developed on dedicated plus size pattern blocks from XL to 5XL, with design features that enhance everyday comfort — tag-free neck labels, flatlock seams, ribbed cuffs, and elasticated waistbands with internal drawcords. Branding is applied through embroidery for a premium finish, silicone heat transfer for logos, or screen printing for promotional designs. Our Beijing factory operates 10 production lines with an annual capacity exceeding 500,000 garments, enabling us to produce casual work wear alongside safety garments within the same manufacturing system.
