Our development process begins with your design brief, size specifications, and certification requirements. Our pattern engineering team creates dedicated plus size blocks for each garment category, ensuring proper fit across XL to 5XL without the common issues of excess fabric, restricted movement, or misaligned reflective tape that occur when standard patterns are simply graded up. We source certified fabrics including polyester mesh, cotton-rich twill, ripstop, and FR-treated materials, along with reflective tape from 3M and equivalent suppliers. All garments are manufactured on our 10-line production floor in Beijing with inline quality checks at cutting, sewing, and finishing stages. OEM services include custom labelling, hang tag design, polybag packaging, and barcode application. We provide compliance documentation including test reports and certificates of conformity.
